Client must be age eighteen(18) or older and provide proof of age for all commissions containing explicit imagery or themes.

All works done by the artist are NOT to be used as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or to train any AI programs/databases. Any non-compliance to this term will be met with legal action via DMCA and an immediate blacklist from any future commission works.

The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission without reason or explanation.

Inappropriate/aggressive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Should this, poor communication, or a breach of the Terms of Service occur, the artist may cancel the commission and provide a full refund.

The artist asks that the client refrain from posting or using any images that are still works in process (WIPs) as the images are not a good representation of the artist's finished works.

The client must read, understand, and agree to all the terms. By continuing with the commission and going forth with the payment, the client has agreed to all terms in this document.

All prices are in USD. Trades will not be accepted in place of USD, unless stated otherwise by the artist.

The artist does NOT accept cryptocurrency of any kind. If the client attempts to make any payment using cryptocurrency, the commission will be immediately canceled and the client will be blacklisted from future commissioned work.

Prices are subject to change according to size, complexity, and/or detail of the piece at the discretion of the artist.

Payments must be made on the platform of the artist’s choice (Paypal).

Invoices are required to be paid in full before any work will be done on a commission, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.

Individual payment plans can be discussed after the $100 threshold. All payment plans must be agreed upon by both the client and the artist.

Any group commission must be paid for by 1 (one) person in order to avoid complications and miscommunications. All clients within the group commission will be CC’d in the invoice and during communication.

Final prices stated by the artist are non-negotiable.

All commissions and prices are, by default, SAFE FOR WORK.

Valid identification and proof of age is required for all NSFW commissions, prices of which are significantly higher.

The artist works best when using photo references for characters. Unless the commission is for a reference sheet, the client MUST provide at least one photo reference for the character. The artist will not work solely with descriptions.

All commissions will be drawn in the artist's style ONLY. The artist's style leans toward semi-realism. As such, the artist prefers to portray species as accurately as possible while maintaining personal style.

The artist is not comfortable with depicting certain concepts. Below is a list of concepts the artist is either willing or unwilling to depict.

Any commission involving under-aged or non-sentient feral characters in sexual/suggestive situations, or hateful content will be automatically rejected with the client being immediately blacklisted.

The client must provide clear and concise references/descriptions of their character(s) in order to avoid confusion.

Any written text or communication must be in English.

Quotes may be provided at the client’s request. They do not represent the final price. They are only an estimate at the time of sending and can be changed at any point in the future at the artist’s discretion.

Clients may request changes during the sketching process. Changes applied after sketch approval may incur an extra fee based on the nature or complexity of the change.

Work in progress images will be sent to the client during the sketch and flat color stages for approval.

Final commissioned pieces will be sent via Google Drive link in order to receive the full quality image.

The platform for communication must be established in advance so that both the client and artist can have a reliable line of communication, whether it be over email, instant messaging, etc.

The artist does not work with deadlines.

Turnaround time can vary depending on the complexity of the piece. Please allow up to 2 weeks for commission completion. If there are any delays in the process, the client will be informed as soon as possible.

The commissioned piece may NOT be used for commercial purposes and cannot be redistributed or reproduced. The client may NOT make any profit off of the piece, which includes but is not limited to digital prints, physical items, etc.

Removing any artist's watermarks is a violation of these terms.

The artist retains the right to crop, edit, or alter the image for promotional use.

The artist retains all rights to the piece of artwork itself, but does not claim any rights to any intellectual property or the character(s).

The client may not alter or edit the piece of artwork itself unless agreed upon by the artist.

The use of machine learning or derived technologies in order to change or alter the artwork or to create derivatives of the artwork is strictly prohibited.

Should the client change or adjust the artwork through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the artwork through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, the artist will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork.

The finished commissioned piece may be posted to their platforms of choice so long as full credit is given to the artist and the artist’s watermark is visible.

The client may not claim the commissioned piece as theirs in any way, shape, or form.

The commissioned artwork may not be used to increase the value of a character being resold.

The artist is not responsible for providing the client with a physical object, print, merchandise, etc. of the artwork.

The client may print a copy of the commissioned artwork for personal use if provided with written consent by the artist. It may not be redistributed or sold in any way.

Full refunds will only be provided if work on the commission has not begun or if the artist cancels the commission.

If the client cancels the commission after work has begun, a partial refund will be provided based upon how much work has been done on the piece.

No refunds will be provided for finished pieces.

By providing the client with a line of communication to the artist, the client agrees to act in a professional manner.

For legal purposes, all conversations may be recorded via screenshots by the artist.

Screenshots will not be shared unless used as proof in the event of harassment, slander, unlawful behavior, or a breach in terms of service.

Should any terms of service be breached, or the artist incurs damages caused by the client, the artist reserves the right to either issue a takedown DMCA notice or pursue damages through the Copyright Law of the United States (https://www.copyright.gov/title17/)

All adopts are non-commercial. The client may use the character for personal use and the artist must be credited as the creator of the design.

Adopts purchased that are above 18 years of age must be kept as above 18 years of age. They cannot be “aged down” or depicted as a minor in any way, shape, or form.

Adopts purchased may not be used for hate speech, racist propaganda, sexist propaganda, etc.

No refunds are provided for adopts. They are final sale.

Payment plans may be available for higher priced adopts, if communicated with the artist in advance.

All applicable terms of service above continue to apply to the adopt.

Adopts may not be used for any copying, tracing, etc.

Small edits to the adopt may be allowed if communicated with the artist in advance.

Holds on an adopt may be made up to a week in advance, after which the adopt will be made available for sale again.

Upon sale, the full resolution image will be provided to the client through the platform of the artist’s choice.

By purchasing an adopt, the client is purchasing the rights to the character and the design. The artist retains all rights to the artwork itself.
